Working within our Mining & Minerals North West division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.


As a Trainee Administrator you will join our Mining & Minerals North West team based in our Vic Park Office.

Reporting to the Administration Team Leader you will play a key role in providing support to ensure business operations are run efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities

  • General Administration duties e.g. filing, printing/scanning
  • Data entry, filing & keeping accurate records
  • General Office Duties including assisting with IT requests, setting up new starters
  • Administrative support to other team members
  • Additional tasks as required by management
  • General office cleaning duties when required

**What you will bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
