Do you want to see awesome products in the hands of delighted customers? We are looking for a new Engineering Manager with a passion for Cloud Technologies, to evolve best practices in engineering and delivery, collaborate with product and design to create customer-centric product solutions end-to-end, and support your team to succeed their goals.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, this is a full
- time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 3 days per week.


Some of what you might do:

• You'll make sure your team works in the smartest way possible by helping engineers make intelligent tradeoff decisions, and collaboratively mature work practices.
• You'll build relationships and collaborate within Product Development and across PaperCut to ensure that your deliverables reach expectations with quality.
• You'll continuously review and improve how your team approaches product engineering to ensure we're getting both the commercial and product performance that we expect.
• You'll invest in developing your team's capabilities, and identifying and attracting new talent to PaperCut.

A little about you:

• You can work collaboratively with other Engineering Managers to make product engineering decisions and guide execution.
• You have experience building and releasing a successful Cloud product, and working on improving launched products.
• You can support your team in enabling them to deliver highquality software products.
• You can take a holistic approach to engineering, taking the wider businesses thoughts into consideration, and the impact on them to your decisionmaking.
