At Velocity Truck Centres Australia, we foster a vibrant culture that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Our Daimler Trucks Perth dealership is currently seeking two proactive and personable Receptionists to join our team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced transport industry.

These opportunities will ideally suit candidates that open and interested in the flexibility that job sharing can provide. Rostered hours of work are as follows;

Monday to Friday (7:30am – 12:30pm and 12:00pm – 5:00pm)
Every Second Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm)

About The Role:

Managing the main switchboard
Greeting customers and visitors, providing attentive assistance with their inquiries
Processing department invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Ensuring workplace health and safety by proficiently managing administrative tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
Maintaining office efficiency by overseeing stationery orders and managing incoming mail
Providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance team productivity.

Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
