Office All-rounder

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Booking in service jobs
  • Data Entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ledger reconciliation
  • Banking
  • Invoicing
  • General administrative support as required
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Strong computer literacy, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and people skills with an enthusiastic manner
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English
Office experience and police clearance essential.


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Adminsitration: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English fluently (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Police Clearance (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
