PROJECT LEADER

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA:

Cottee Parker Architects are looking for a Project Leader to join our Sydney team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Leader with proven experience in multi-residential projects.


About you

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Strong ArchiCAD skills, you must be able to document in ArchiCAD
  • Solid Architectural documenting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a part of a team and collaborate on projects
  • Extensive site experience
  • A proactive mindset towards business development

About the role
You will manage large scale projects and teams through all stages of the architectural process. You will be required to oversee the documentation process associated with these projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality delivery outcomes
  • Drive the coordination of design with consultants
  • Understand the built environment and Australia codes and standards
  • Ensure the project team is keep abreast of all project issues, queries or concerns
  • Respond to project correspondence from the client and all stakeholders
