The Opportunity


Our client has developed a huge profile over the last year and has proven leadership and knowledge with a good amount of empathy can see change happen.

With a large property management department they have set up a structure that allows them to work across Melbourne with Property Managers looking after the relationships and working predominantly from the office with support from leasing, inspections and management.


The Role
Take over a well-managed portfolio from someone who is going on Maternity Leave. You will cater to great long term owners and who are educated and responsive.

Maintain a really good portfolio of approximately properties with full out of office support. You will have a leasing/field services team and VA to help with admin task.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Routine Inspections
  • Final Inspections
  • Maintenance
  • General property management
  • Client relationship management
  • VCAT (depending on experience)

About You

  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
  • 2+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the team's success
  • Knowledge in Property Me software
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and task management skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills
