About the Position:


The Customer Experience Coordinator maintains the professional public image of councils Active Monash Centre and create a desired safe, informative and friendly environment.

Responsible for overseeing the customer service team at our three centres Monash Aquatics & Recreation Centre (MARC), Oakleigh Recreation Centre (ORC), Clayton Aquatics & Health Club (CAHC) and call centre.

Responsible for ensuring the highest possible levels of serviced through ongoing support and training of relevant staff.

Recruit, supervise and provide leadership and feedback to a team of CSO's, who are required to provide high quality customer service and sales support

Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and that any potential or actual problems are dealt with in a timely manner

Provide appropriate training and development of knowledge procedures, manuals etc


About You:

Well-developed leadership and administrative skills including cash management and reconciliation skills

Development of customer service staff through the delivery of ongoing training programs

Knowledge in the principles of managing a multi-site customer service team

Experience in developing and implementing rosters


Requirement of the position:

First Aid Certificate

Employee Working with Children's Check

Satisfactory National Police Check; and

Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
