What you'll be doing:
- Serve as technical resource on various initiatives guiding and supporting projects on appropriate access controls.
- Inform Line of Business on access management policies, standards, processes, and technologies.
- Access exception management (managed outside of PIM, CyberArk & OneIdentity) within various technologies and systems.
- Possess strong knowledge of Identity process; to include, but not limited to PKI, federation, access management, and/or privileged access management
- Record, track and manage all IAM audits, reviews, and configuration changes during lifecycle, including governance that relies on manual User Access Control (UAC) processing.
- Contribute to the analysis of current IT environments, e.g., systems, data and processes, and conduct reviews of access controls
- who has access to what, what are they doing with that access, and is access being used appropriately.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
About you:
You will be the Subject-Matter-Expert for all aspects of privileged access in AGL, and as such, you will need to be comfortable working with the relevant technical teams on issues relating to PAM services.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience of access management solutioning within medium or large multi-business organisations (experience of CyberArk will be an added advantage).
- Ability to collaboratively solve technical and platform access issues in support of business requirements.
- Experience working in a control environment, reporting on, and remediating security control issues for disparate technical environments.
- Thorough technical understanding of Active Directory (AD), User (RBAC) accounts and AD group policies and One Identity.
- Detailed knowledge of Azure Identity, Azure AD, Microsoft o365 services and cloud access controls.
- Demonstrated capability on requirement analysis techniques (business rules, data modelling, functional decomposition, scenario and use cases).
- Good technical and report skills including approval templates and guard rails.
- Understanding or Experience in Agile Methodology and developing user stories.
- Understanding of business risk process and risk methodologies.
- Enthusiastic, team focused personality.
