About the Role
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive leadership to the workshop & yard team, examine all opportunities to improve the production aspects of the business.
- Coordinate & plan manufacturing tasks & priority schedules according to customer requirements.
- Identify, forecast & discuss required resource needs through detailed activity & workload planning.
- Communicate current production status to the Production Supervisor & EPC Manager.
- Collaborating with the store person to analyse parts to prioritise, plan, & effectively schedule the production operations.
- Conduct daily prestart meetings, toolbox talks & EHS inspections as scheduled.
- Complete or assist with the compilation of structured risk assessments & hazard analysis.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Mechanical Trades Certificate.
- High Risk license.
- Prefered experience working in a manufacturing environment.
