Fixed term, fulltime appointment (5 years)
Level 10: Annual Remuneration Package (Salary + Super)

We are looking for a passionate, service-focused individual to lead our Student Service team at the University of Wollongong.

The Associate Director Student Service is responsible for leading and managing key shared student service points together with current student communications.

This position provides high level advice, expertise and oversight to support excellence in service provision and the ongoing innovation and development of service, communications and the student experience.

This position works closely with faculties, UOW College and divisions/units to ensure the overall UOW service environment exceeds the expectations of all current students and stakeholders.

The position drives the direction for the development of UOWs service environment, a people and culture program for frontline staff, and integration of technology to improve the online service interface, together with current student communication strategy and tactics in to enhance frontline services.

The position reports to the Director, Student Administration Services and forms part of a dynamic and engaging leadership team. Previous experience at a senior level in the higher education or public service sector would be highly regarded.
