THE ROLE

Studio Euda is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic type to join our team in the role of a Creative Design Lead. In this position you will be responsible for extracting market insights to respond to client briefs creatively. You must have a high graphic ability along with luxury hospitality interior design experience with exposure to international clients. You must be adept in the adobe suite, BIM and AutoCad for the technical delivery of design drawings and illustrations to communicate design concepts.

Duties will consist of but not be limited to the following key areas:

• Distil market findings into key creative directions
• Manage project planning (including project budget, deliverables and timelines)
• Create and develop creative design concepts
• Develop interior design documentation packages including elevations, floor plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, material selections and bespoke furniture design.
• Liaise with clients and other operators and suppliers in Australia and the United States.
• Periodically visit site during construction phase to ensure realisation of design intent.

THE PERSON

Salary:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
