Are you looking for a fresh start in 2023? I have an incredibly rare and exciting role for a commercial litigator based in this specialist international litigation firm with international resources.

They employ over 30 Litigators in total.

You will be joining a team environment that is collaborative, driven and down to earth, characteristics instilled by the partners.

You will be working closely with two partners, both of whom are dynamic, approachable and have a two-way flow of communication.

They enjoy people working together on a multiple number of files.

You will be able to adapt and be flexible, switching between partners in your workflow covering an extensive range of large and complex files.

You will be responsible for a range of commercial litigation matters such as class actions, product liability, regulatory investigations, directors liability and financial services and dispute resolution.

Work also covers both defendant and plaintiff.

You will ideally be 2-4 years PQE, with experience in commercial litigation and regulatory work. Have strong client facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrate the ability to adapt and think on your feet as you cover a wide range of files. Ability to add and develop the collaborative and dynamic work environment that is in place. You will also need to possess a strong transcript minimum Hons/B+ average.
