Description
Lead, manage and co-ordinate production activities safely, accurately and efficiently.- Effectively manage change in a fast paced environment.
- Monitor and ensure product meets specification, food safety, GMP and quality requirements are strictly adhered to. Including the reporting and investigation of food safety breaches.
- Assist with compulsory and third party audits of the facility.
- Adhere to and uphold the company Environmental and WHS policies
- Supervise boning staff, packing staff and able to operate packaging machines.
- AUS-MEAT assessment and HACCP qualifications will be highly regarded
- A High level of communication skill
- A proven ability to make effective decisions and problem solving skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
