Location Peter James Centre community site

Permanent Full Time (1 EFT- rotating roster
- am and pm shifts)

Generous Salary Packaging

$96,543.20 P.A. (paid pro rata)

About the Role

This is your opportunity to work within the Older Adults Community Mental Health program in a newly developed team

  • Wellness in the home(WITH)
- delivering acute mental health treatment and care to older adults in the person's home environment. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Nurse with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience who will have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Degree in Nursing.

Mental Health Experience

Well-developed interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work as part of a diverse team

Demonstrated leadership skills

Strong commitment to high quality recovery based case management
