About the role:

This opportunity will see you provide technical expertise to support the daily operations of our EDRMS helpdesk. You will also assist in the delivery of continuous improvements and optimisation of relevant Information Management Systems

Key functions of the role include:

  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of relevant Information Management Systems
  • Configuration and maintenance of system parameters and changes
  • Maintenance of comprehensive systems documentation and business rules
  • Perform SIT, UAT and regression testing for relevant information system changes
  • Knowledge of and recent experience with data and information management practices, including an understanding of the relationship between records and archives functions
  • Support with the enablement of business requirements and processes to be delivered through enhanced or optimised configuration and performance of the relevant Information Management Systems.

  • Prior experience working with Objective (desirable) or similar document management system
  • Ability to communication with influence across a range of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to translate a customer experience need into system design and business requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with Third Party Vendors
  • Proven expertise in technology service availability, performance, and capacity, along with information security
  • Program and project management skills enabling agile delivery of improvements will be highly regarded
