About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Foundation Skills Trainer & Assessor to join our dynamic team.
As an LLN Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for interpreting Language, Literacy and Numeracy results for prospective students, recommending bridging units from the FSK training package to support learning, train students in FSK units and qualifications.
You will supervise Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessments at MADEC sites across Southern Adelaide and Schools across metro SA, be responsible for classroom and remote delivery, workplace visits, and monitoring student progress during all stages.
You will maintain accurate records for compliance, and work with the training team to develop materials and practical activities to best prepare students to increase their LLN capabilities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years practical work experience in training and assessing in an adult education environment.
Also hold a minimum Certificate IV in Language, Literacy and Numeracy, Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent, and possess strong communication and excellent time management skills.
You will have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.National Police Check and Working with Children Check are a requirement of this role.
