Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide personalised styling advice and exceptional customer service
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
  • Train and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with the team to execute promotions and events

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in homewares or interior design, fashion, footwear or hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great fun, positive personality who everyone enjoys working with
  • Detailoriented with a knack for visual merchandising
  • Must have a current Drivers Licence
