About the role


We are seeking a part-time (fixed-term) Leavers Ningaloo Team Leader who will plan, prepare and deliver this flagship SU program in conjunction with our Camp & Missions Team.

In this role, you will build a strong culture and a high-performance team of volunteers, and oversee all facets of the program and its operations.

This position is part-time (1 day per week).

  • Experience in camping and facilitating programs for young people (preferably within a Christian ministry context)
  • Great administrative, communication and project management skills
  • Experience in leading and training volunteers
  • Passion for ministry and camping programs
  • Previous experience of volunteering on Leavers Ningaloo is highly desirable
