We are seeking a Full Time Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Chermside, Brisbane

Me & My Support is an expanding contemporary Disability Support Service that operates as a Registered NDIS Provider within the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Region.

Me & My Support aims to deliver person-centred support that promotes the safeguarding principles of safety and quality when supporting people to live an enriched life.

Me & My Support has a diverse range tailored support options to cater for people goals which includes, but not limited to Supported Accommodation options and other lifestyle services funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).


About the position


The Service Delivery Manager will play a key role with managing the organisations day to day operations across the organisation.

The Service Delivery Manager will work closely both the Director of Operations and Director of Corporate Services and other key leadership members out of Chermside Office.


The Service Delivery Manager will represent and contribute to managing effective relationships with Stakeholders, the Community, Participants and their Families or Nominees.


Experience, Attributes & Skills

  • Experience in similar role, highly desirable
  • Leadership and managerial experience are a
    must:
  • Experience coordinating supports for people with a disability under the NDIS
  • Experience managing SIL Homes
  • Rostering and scheduling experience
  • Good knowledge of NDIS Price Guide & NDIS Practice Standards
  • Good knowledge of the Community & Home Care Award (SCHADS Award)
  • Experience with Incident & Conflict Management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and contribute within a diverse team setting
  • Ability to work independently within a fastpaced environment
  • Good I.T Skills, confidence to navigate work Apps, SharePoint & Adobe Sign
  • Must be willing to participate in on call duties

Qualification & Licenses

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Diploma level in Community Services or similar (Highly Desirable)

Salary:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
