- Assist in growing the NT remediation division

- Build pricing models from first principles
- Compile clear and concise scopes of works and RFT documentation
- Attend site visits as required including remote and interstate site locations
- Determine and submit tender clarifications on time to both ensure compliance of tender and maintain strategic position
- Respond to and record tender clarifications with subcontractor and supplier submissions
- Ensure omissions and dispensations are clearly identified and balanced in evaluation and comparison sheets
- Conduct commercial, risk and profitability reviews aligned with company procedures and risk thresholds
- Provide detailed tender handover documentation with traceability and support into pre-contracts and delivery
- Prior exposure to subcontractor and supplier bases in the NT (desirable)
- Experience working within a main contractor environment
- Knowledge of remedial trades (remedial trade background beneficial)
- Experience tendering self-performing works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in bid management and preparation of tenders for market including full compliance of tender documentation with client requirements
- Sound understanding of Australian and key client standards to ensure compliance of the estimate along with subcontractor and supplier pricing
- True understanding of risk management and the appropriation of cost to manage risk and opportunity
