Customer Service Representative - NSW Government
TAFE NSW is a fantastic organisation to work for, offering great training in a friendly and supportive environment. This is a temp contract with opportunity for extension and future career opportunities.

  • Temp Government contract
  • February start through to 30 June 2023 with likely extension
  • Bankstown Campus
- $32.69ph + super

  • Full Time
  • Monday to Friday


  • Rotating roster

  • Earliest start 8:00am, latest finish 6:00pm

The role:


  • Responding to new/prospective/past student enquiries
  • A range of administrative tasks

About you:


  • Previous customer service, student services or call centre experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Techsavvy able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Working With Children Check required
