JOB SUMMARY:


In this dynamic, fast paced environment, the
Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to deliver projects on time with a focus on branding and customer service.

This position plays a key role in the implementation and execution of FPI's global marketing strategy and acts as the "go-to" team member for managing, creating, and publishing content.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Development_

  • Take the lead on Content Development by facilitating the development of product information content, consumerfacing articles and blog posts, website content, and social content
  • Support content deployment plans for FPI and FPAs digital properties: website, digital brochures, video blogs, etc.
  • Ensure FPI's online content reflects the tone, style and branding consistent with brand image
  • Develop familiarity with web content best practices specific to the home furnishing industry, including: content mapping and content strategy
  • Identify opportunities for FPA to expand online reach and further build webtraffic, drive conversions, and improve online marketing funnel
  • Turn 'hallway' and 'managementteam' conversation and 'talking points' into highquality, digestible content

Social Media / Digital Marketing_

  • Work with the Global Marketing Team to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain FPA's social accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Houzz)
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop and review social media content and content calendar
  • Build and manage FPA's reputation online by adhering to and improving response guidelines and policies
  • Identify opportunities for business and influencer outreach
  • Implement SEO strategies within all social media efforts with the aim to maximize inbound traffic
  • Maintain KPI and analytics tracking, report out on these metrics; including competitive benchmarking
  • Remain uptodate with new/emerging technology and social media trends; provide recommendations for implementation/adoption with the aim of keeping FPI's marketing strategy cutting edge

Permanent POS Program_

  • Coordinate the updating of Regency's permanent

POS:
work with dealers, sales executives, and various members of the marketing and creative team to ensure the POS reflects the needs of the average dealer and improves the Regency Brand presence within dealer showrooms

  • Coordinate the sourcing of various POS elements to find the most costeffective solutions while maintaining quality and timely delivery

Promotions_

  • Plan, execute and maintain promotions throughout the year
  • Communicate with internal teams and dealers to advise of promotions
  • Manage the sourcing and printing of promotional POS materials
  • Order and Manage promotional clothing and/or merchandise inventory

Monthly Reporting_

  • Management and processing of dealer marketing credits
  • Completion of monthly marketing accruals spreadsheet
  • Other marketing reporting as required.

Brochures_

  • Manage the brochure inventory, including reordering.

  • Support marketing project development under the direction of the Director, Marketing
  • Assure the completion of assigned Marketing projects accurately, on budget and on time
