What you'll deliver with us
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in SQL.

You will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.

You will be able to respond quickly and effectively to data requests and review briefs as they're submitted through our Jira ticketing process.


The Data Analyst is responsible for:

  • Supporting data export for enterprise communications, according to business requirement and compliance controls.
  • Respond to incoming data requests in Jira ticketing process, interpret Jira data brief and work closely with internal stakeholders via Jira.
  • Provide support to the Digital Engagement Platform team, including data QA.
  • Participate in team meetings including Stand Ups, as well as sprint planning and review meetings.

You'll need

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as strong problemsolving skills.
  • Great organisational / time management skills.
  • Intermediate analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying datasets.
  • Excellent data analytical and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative high performing team.
