The Role:

Your role as the Accounts Payable Officer will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining accounts payable files and records
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier invoices and statements
  • Correspondence with suppliers around discrepancies
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Assisting with supplier payments
  • Assisting other members of the finance team

Your Background:

To be considered for this AP Officer role you would possess the following attributes:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have previous AP experience
  • Problem solver with a calm and considered approach
