This role will be based in The Gap, and does require working from the office.


About the Role
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager/Coordinator to join their team.


Your responsibility will be to coordinate, design and promote marketing campaigns for 13 retail businesses with the aim of growing revenue and foot traffic to a busy shopping centre.


The role will involve:

  • Coordinating and promoting events
  • Event management
  • Creation of marketing plans and materials
  • Implementing marketing plans
  • Market research
  • Marketing via social media including Facebook, Instagram and the website
  • Monthly reporting

About You

We are looking for a polished, personable and passionate Marketing Manager/Coordinator who is creative, friendly, a strong influencer and has expert skills in high level communication.

This role will suit a can-do person with a strong team player focus, who can hit the ground running.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

  • Marketing qualifications, min Cert IV
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience creating marketing campaigns and event management
  • Experience with retail store marketing will be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • Strong experience with social media management
  • High level communicator, both written and verbal
  • A sound ability to gently influence stakeholders
  • A pleasant and tactful demeanor
  • Strong copywriting and design abilities
  • A high level of dedication and self motivation
