Description

About the role:

Victoria Police are currently advertising an ongoing part-time (0.6 FTE) Information Technology Support Officer position within the Business Support Division (BSD) of the Intelligence and Covert Support Command (ICSC).

ICSC is a high-risk Command that is dependant upon the appropriate protection of sensitive information.

Rather than risk the exposure of covert resources and locations to external support providers it is more appropriate to provide business support and specialist IT services for the Command internally.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

  • Processing of IT service requests, access forms, device configuration and centralised desktop hardware procurement.
  • Conducting regular audit requests on shared folders and drives.
