We are looking for a Casual Radiographer to join our friendly team. This position will operate a C- Arm machine throughout pain intervention surgeries alongside leading international interventionist.


Sydney Pain Day Surgery is a state-of-the-art facility with precision instrumentation, hi-tech equipment and exacting sterilisation procedures complemented by highly experienced specialist nursing and administrative staff.

Sydney Pain Day Surgery is part of the PresMed Day Hospital Group.

PresMed specialises in the investment, commissioning and management of day hospital facilities in partnership with surgeons, and has established 7 major facilities in Chatswood, Epping, Central Coast, Hornsby, Blacktown and Tasmania, with more than 150 accredited surgeons associated with the group.


Criteria:


  • Hold current AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer, with the MRPB of Australia
  • Current NSW EPA Radiation License with GE1 supervision
  • Good knowledge of Radiation Safety Laws
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
  • Experience in C-Arm machine radiography highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in the performance and delivery of high quality examinations and the ability to perform routine to complex clinical procedures within specialist modality, with a high degree of competency, under pressure and time constrains.
  • Computer literacy, with focus on PACS experience, for use and understanding of data analysis and trends, to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
