Client Services team member to join our dynamic team in our modern office close to Adelaide CBD.


Hickinbotham operates a busy, professional office dedicated to providing SA's best value homes with a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This role would suit a high calibre individual with excellent people skills, a love of customer service and a pragmatic "can-do" approach.


Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:

  • Providing superior service to our clients, including taking a professional approach that upholds the company's service standards and culture
  • Being a team player that cares about our clients and understands the importance of fivestar customer service
  • Developing strong client relationships and providing support on a range of enquiries
  • Delivering regular updates on the progress of our client's homes
  • Taking ownership of client queries from start to finish
  • Liaising with clients and external providers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Diligence with note taking and database management
The person we seek is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must be able to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
