About your new role


As a Portfolio Governance Analyst, you will provide skills to support the development and implementation of portfolio governance across IT group.

The role will be responsible for co-ordination of activities and analysis.

You will ensure that activities relating to program governance, financial management, resource tracking, and contracts management achieve the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collate, review, analyse and consolidate projects information to ensure governance and reporting at project, program and portfolio levels is accurate and timely with appropriate reporting on timeframe, budget, scope, benefits, quality, risks, and issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the IT project financial management function including endofmonth reporting cycle.
  • Manage and coordinate the project financial management function including endofmonth reporting cycle.
  • Collaborate with and support Manager, Technology Portfolio Governance in IT vendor spend analysis and budget forecasts.
  • Administration of project management tool including and not limited to creation of projects, updating schedules, updating financials, updating resource plans etc
  • Support the timesheet process from a project portfolio perspective.
