    About the Role:
    As the APS6 Level Case Management, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, tasked with resolving complex issues and risks.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing leadership and decision-making for team membership.
    • Offering detailed technical, professional, and policy support.
    • Coordinating strategic planning and project management.
    • Undertaking end-to-end case management activities.
    • Resolving matters through AAT applications and alternate dispute resolution.
    • Preparing documents and attending case conferences and hearings.

    About You:
    To excel in this role, you'll need:

    • Demonstrated experience in case management and leadership.
    • Strong understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
    • Advocacy skills and familiarity with alternate dispute resolution methods.
