Description

Position Title: Support Consultant Time & Attendance

Reporting Line: Client Support Manager

Position Purpose:

To provide support for clients using Time & Attendance software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client issues to determine resolution.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support upgrades and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Document results and maintain client records.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams for issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on technology trends for effective support.
  • Assist Implementation Consultants when needed.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years' experience with Time and Labor software.
  • Good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems.

Certifications/Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business or IT-related field.
  • Relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.
  • Prior experience in consulting/service delivery with Time and Attendance knowledge.
  • Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
