As such we are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our 4 amazing brands and help realise our goals of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Directors of each of the four brands to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes
