  • About the Role_


Working as a key member of our Precinct Talent & Culture Team, the Talent & Culture WHS Administrator will assist in the management of the employee lifecycle and T&C functions, ensuring activities and initiatives meet the operational needs of the Precinct whilst falling within the guidelines of T&C strategy and policy frameworks.


The role will also include assisting with the management of OH&S functions and activities, including the management of all workers compensation claims and investigations of all incidents and hazards, to ensure preventative action is taken to control and exercise risk management in the workplace for all staff and guests.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Supporting the Director of T&C to ensure the hotel implements its annual T&C strategy and business plan
  • Supporting the T&C team in all adminstration tasks related to recruitment and L&D
  • Assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities
  • Assisting the Associate Director of L&D with material sordering, set up, invitations and tours as required
  • Assisting the OH&S committee in the implementation of best practice OH&S strategies across Sydney Olympic Park
  • Supporting HOD's in coordinating precinct compliance on safety and environmental policies, initiatives and legislation
  • Keeping management informed of their Health and Safety responsibilities with regard to WH&S legislation
  • Coordinating delivery of aoppropriate First Aid training
  • Collaborating with T&C in managing workers compensation claims
  • About You_
  • Enthusiasm, drive and energy you love to make things happen
  • Experience in a generalist Human Resources role is preferable.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards completion is advantageous.
  • Proven administrative, organisational and time management skills.
