We're looking for a
Training and Development person to join our team working in our Support Office in South Yarra, Melbourne.

We have over 26 years of success in the dog grooming and franchising industry.

Our priority is to ensure all franchisees are set up for business achievement and mentored to maintain their profitability during their Blue Wheelers and Dash DogWash journey.

To fulfil this requirement, we need a dynamic, positive, and nurturing person for this important role.

The Dog Grooming Training is outsourced and you will
not be expected to do any Dog Grooming Training. However, if you were to have this type of experience, it would certainly be beneficial.


What is the Role?

As an integral part of our National Support Office team, you are responsible for onboarding our new franchisees, setting them up for positive start by taking them through our established Business Training processes.

In conjunction with our Support Team, you provide:

• Customer service training;

CRM Training;
Business training.

• Ongoing support to our franchisees.
• You are the person who brings our developed Business Training program to life._

An added benefit would also be any experience in franchising but this is not a pre-requisite.

• You have exceptional administration skills with an outgoing personality;

May or may not be a qualified trainer; however, you have serious passion in mentoring people and providing ongoing support as they grow their business;

With life experience under your belt, you can leverage your knowledge to guide new business owners through the challenges that may arise on their small business journey.

You become an integral part of changing lives for the better;
You operate with a high attention to detail and love working with a small but friendly team;
You are resilient and good at juggling many balls in the air;
You like being busy and are super organised;
You have excellent relationship management skills and can adapt your interactions to the needs of individuals as necessary;
Oh, and your love for dogs is obvious.

Salary:
$80, $95,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Yarra, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Training & development: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (required)
