    This represents an opportunity with a well established CA firm based in Toowong. This firm has a high quality client portfolio of SMEs that are based throughout Australia. The firm is moving towards an advisory focus to ensure that they are an active partner in their client's day to day activities.

    I have placed staff within this firm who thoroughly enjoy working here.

    POSITION

    Due to growth, the position of Senior Manager has been created. This role will involve the successful candidate managing a fee base of up to $1.5m and managing 4 motivated accountants. The client base is comprised of high quality SME clients and SMSFs.

    There will be the opportunity to provide high level advisory services.

    CANDIDATE

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • CA qualified
    • 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
    • Demonstrated ability to manage up to $1.5m in fees
    • Extensive client contact experience
    • Great management and interpersonal skills
    • Strong technical tax ability
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
