About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team in our Penrith office, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and approve timesheets
- Generate invoices for upload to NDIA and follow up
- Reconcile accounts and other adhoc accounts tasks
About you:
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar accounting role
- understanding of the SCHADS award and NDIS billing (desirable)
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively in a team
- effective organisational and time management skills
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- ability to exercise integrity and maintain strict confidentiality
Mandatory requirements:
- Current Criminal History check, less than 2 years old
- NDIS
Worker Orientation Module:
'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion
