We are looking for a talented
Supervisor -
Field Service to join our high performing field service team specialising in
Heavy Vehicle service, repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway, industrial and agriculture customers based from our
Toowoomba branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Efficiently manage the day to day operations, Plan, schedule and allocate all repair events. Inventory and warehouse management. Lead, mentor, and coach Technicians
Oversee repairs and sign off on Technicians work track and measure technician productivity and performance
Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Provide technical support to the staff and perform on & offsite repairs, including onhighway, industrial / agriculture and mining sites
Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements. Conduct quality checks. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a high level of housekeeping, workflow.
Assist the remote parts team with local inventory management and order processing.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Proven supervisory/leadership experience with a strong technical background
within heavy diesel/ Mining.
Solid understanding of the parts/inventory process
Ideally you will hold a Qualification and have previous experience as a Mechanical Technician
Motivated towards developing a high performing and professional team and their commitment to safety and providing exceptional customer service
