Join Our Team AS An Engagement Campaign Coordinator

Support the design and delivery of campaign workflows
Pointofcontact for campaign planning, collecting campaign briefs, journey flows and turnaround times with business stakeholders
Work collaboratively with internal/external teams to produce best practice integrated engagement campaigns addressing all lifecycle stages
Test rendering, help troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, monitor campaign activity and contribute to our test and learn strategy and decisioning program

Skills and Experiences We're Looking For

Experience and/or strong interest working with enterprise level CRM, Marketing Automation, and digital campaign management platforms like Adobe Campaign / Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys (or similar)
First experience in campaign build, execution and optimisation, along with good understanding of databases and datadriven marketing
Experience with campaign tracking and reporting
Ability to manage campaign requests and briefs from stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or a related field
