Description

We are looking for a dependable Handyman that can complete various remodelling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Remodelling job duties include painting, hanging drywall, plaster patch up, and installing floors and windows.

Your maintenance responsibilities involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition, such as siding and sidewalks.

You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and you should be proficient with hand and power tools.

Previous experience working as an electrician or in carpentry is a plus, especially if you have a contractor or journeyman license.

Handyman


Responsibilities:

• Update drywall and paint as needed.
• Able to Plaster patch repair.
• Help with tile or flooring installation.
• Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding
• Cabinet adjustment
• Door adjustment (locks and handle)
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodelling.
• Decking and pergola

Handyman Requirements and Qualifications

• Physically fit.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude
• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus

Job Types:
