Join our team as a Content Design and Insight Officer - APS5 Equivalent and be at the forefront of empowering Australians with disabilities and their families We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to collaborate with an independent statutory agency, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people with disabilities.


  • Located in Robina
  • Duration: Up to 12 months, temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension, pending business requirements
- $55+ per hour + superannuation


Role Overview:

As a Content Design and Insight Officer, you will join our dynamic Media and Marketing Branch. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our agency's reputation through strategic and impactful media, marketing, and digital solutions.

Your efforts will be supported by thorough market research and insights, allowing you to create inclusive and impactful marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategies to strengthen and grow our agency's brand and advocacy.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to facilitate effective marketing activities.
  • Provide insightful marketing campaign reports to measure performance and guide future initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and deploying new market research projects.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and deliver marketing solutions accordingly.
  • Provide expert advice across various marketing functions, including advertising, sponsorship, video, and content production.
  • Handle marketing administration tasks as required.

  • Ability to draft marketing insights reports for informed decisionmaking.
