Your Role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Head of Supply Network Operations ANZ.

You will be part of our global healthcare company where your primary responsible would be overseeing and managing Australia and New Zealand's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

In addition, you will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with third parties and internal and external customers.

You would also play a key role in efficiently and strategically maximizing the growth of the country by mitigating the risks and unforeseen challenges.

As a Head you must assure that global GDP, local manufacturing management, local policies and regulatory requirements including EHS are implemented.

Moreover, ensure that compliance, cost control and high-quality standards in daily operations are followed to provide our medicines / devices to our patients and customers.


Who you are:


  • Master's degree in accounting and Finance, or Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • Previous experience of over 10 years within the local Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry supply chain
  • Experience as a lead role in functional or operational strategies with proven analytical and strategic thinking, exposure to APAC projects would be advantageous
  • Expertise of being consistent in an unstable and complex environment, demonstrated experience supporting and driving team results within a productive work environment
  • Demonstrate ownership for a team and collaboration impacting a business field, Demonstrated customer / supply centric behaviors and experience, knowledge of Good Distribution Practices
  • Proficient in several logistics/database systems (e.g. SAP, local ERP, MDGM) with the ability to embrace and learn new technology
  • Profoundexcellent knowledge in Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution, in combination with advanced business industry experience
  • Strong people management background and experience in leading multiple teams
  • Experience in forecasting methodologies and Inventory management would be advantageous
