About School Infrastructure


School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school.

This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.


The People and Performance team provide expert advice and guidance on the employment life cycle including talent management, employee wellbeing, and improving the workforce performance management capability.

The learning and development expert provide organisational development advice, programs and services to achieve cultural change, and build the engagement and performance of the workforce to meet business outcomes.


About the role


You will lead business wide learning and organisational development solutions in areas such as leadership, performance development, workforce capability, talent and succession, employee engagement and culture.


Essential requirements of the role

  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, learning and development, adult education or equivalent workforce experience.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Advanced knowledge of organisational development, learning and development, adult education or equivalent workforce experience.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
