    Description
    Our client is a boutique agency located in the heart of Parramatta. This company produces nothing but the highest standards of service for its vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants.

    The Role:

    This is a fast-paced role working alongside the most director and property manager. We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to assist in managing a tidy portfolio of roughly 100 properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    • Working under the property manager and director
    • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and some routines
    • Handle maintenance & repairs
    • Assisting with lease renewals and rent reviews
    • Open homes
    • Application/reference checking
    • Landlord and tenant communication
    • Working Saturdays with a day off during the week
    The Candidate:
    • NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Just need a car, valid drivers license and car
    • Immaculately presented and well-groomed
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong work ethic
    • Mandarin speaking advantageous
