THE ROLE
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
The role reports to the People & Culture General Manager and plays a vital role within the team.

You will be getting exposure across the entire HR function and some of your main responsibilities will include managing the complete onboarding & off boarding of employees, facilitating company inductions and managing the entire employee lifecycle whilst acting as the first point of contact for HR related enquiries across the broader business.

THE CRITERIA

To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified and have at least 2 years experience working in an HR Coordinator/Administrator role ideally in financial services.

You must be a true team player and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
