We are specialised in the engineering and fabrication of structural steel and framing in a wide arrange of industrial sectors, including modular building, commercial construction, infrastructure, energy, and site service.
The assignment'sduties and
responsibilities are listed as below:
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, and gradually establish a functional QA system.
- Perform daily physical QA check in Heathwood branch to ensure defect free in our products and satisfy the industrial and customers' requirements.
- Communicate with managers of other branches and implement and monitor the QA system remotely.
- Administer the QA paperwork of all the jobs and any other relevant procedures to assist the management.
- Provide the appropriate documents to customers to meet their QA queries and requirements.
- Attain and keep track of various certificates of production materials.
- Manage and maintain the stock level of production materials.
- Provide any handson assistance, experience, and knowledge to the production team to sort out the problems or improve the efficiency.
- Assist the workshop supervisor or managers to keep aligned with the production schedule and raise any concern which will affect the normal production process.
- Communicate with CC2 consultant, facilitate the CC2 auditing, and take full responsibility for CC2 certification in all branches.
- Implement and reinforce any workplace rules and regulations as an active member of management, such as work safety and health, standard work procedures, etc.
- Foster and promote a positive quality assurance culture.
Education and Experience
- Solid fabrication and quality assurance background.
- At least 5year experience in the industry.
- Qualified welding inspector to sign off paperwork.
- Strong implementation capability of corrective actions.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance.
- Proactive team player.
Job Types:

$80, $90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
