Fabricator / Boilermaker or Vehicle Body Builder
Are you a skilled tradesperson with a knack for fabrication and building? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Spearwood


Position:
Fabricators / Boilermaker and/or Vehicle Body Builder


Rates:
Pocket rate: $48-52 per hour


Hours: 44-48 hours per week (maximum 52 hours per week)


Start and Finish Times:


  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 2:15 pm (Max 9.6 hour day)
Early Finish Fridays: 2:15pm/7.6 hour day

  • May work Saturdays: 6:00am to 12:00pm

Spearwood


Responsibilities:


  • Fabricate and assemble various components to construct mining equipment, mobile plant, trailers, and buckets
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication
  • Operate a variety of machinery and tools safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and metalwork
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
