About the role
***We are looking for several motivated, innovative, and creative support workers who are passionate about making a genuine difference in our clients's lives.

They should be patient and relationship-focused for their shifts to build up with the following clients:


  • An older lady with cognitive disability living in her own home in the Blue Haven area requires support with household tasks, meal preparation, transport, shopping, and other daily living activities. She is very upfront and clear about her needs. Applicants must be female with a positive attitude, be down-to-earth, and possess a high level of interpersonal skills so that they can connect with our client. She loves dogs and likes attending shows such as dog shows and Easter shows.
  • A lady with a physical disability residing in the Wyong area requires support in the community. She loves to lead an active life and enjoys going out for coffee, lunch, and movies. She also likes to indulge in some arts and crafts activities, along with dancing. Applicants must be female and should be ready to support the client one day a week, between Tuesday and Friday, 9:00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.
  • We are also on the lookout for casual staff to support various clients across the northern part of the Central Coast. Applicants can be male or female but must be reliable and friendly with a positive attitude and ability to problem solve. Experience in manual handling, behaviour plan management, and personal care is desirable but not essential.
