Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible to lead the Industrial Divisional product team and develop strategic capability to deliver sustained profitable and accelerated above market growth through the product portfolio.

As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, build a safe & high performing culture role modelling ITW's Culture and Values.


Responsibilities:

Lead Segment Product Team - **Lead a high performing team of commercial Product Managers and embedding strategic and commercial thinking discipline across team, including ITW Toolbox to deliver best-in-class margins

Accelerate organic growth - **Drive outside in customer centricity using ITW CBI process to deliver customer back insights, leading business case development centered around differentiated value propositions.

Segment Profitability - **Drive profitability within the segments directing the marketing strategies to defend and grow share while maintaining quality of earnings

Product Quality and Compliance - Protect in-market products through competitor testing, IP oversite, and in market quality assessments/investigations

Cross Functional Leadership - **Drive and role model cross functional collaboration across sales, marketing, new product development, technical and operations to develop and execute segment initiatives.


To be successful in this position you will have:


  • In-depth experience in building an innovation pipeline and identifying new product development opportunities and tracking performance.
  • Commercial acumen and analysis
    possesses the ability to analyse and interpret various data sets to identify trends and deliver profitable growth strategies and financial outcomes.
  • Technical Aptitude ability to understand, define, direct and articulate complex business and technical concepts, internally and externally with all functions and at all organisation levels.
