Responsibilities:


  • Incident and Problem Management
  • Application Life Cycle Management
  • Ensure systems are performing at optimal levels and continuously improving.

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Experience in hospitality systems support role for Symphony POS or Opera
  • Availability to work over a rotating 24/7 support roster
  • Relevant qualification in IT
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate is preferred
  • Proven experience working in IT Service Management
  • Demonstrated experience in any of the following; Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure Stack, and mobile devices, including iOS and Android
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and problem solve.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work as a team player.
