Responsibilities:
- Incident and Problem Management
- Application Life Cycle Management
- Ensure systems are performing at optimal levels and continuously improving.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in hospitality systems support role for Symphony POS or Opera
- Availability to work over a rotating 24/7 support roster
- Relevant qualification in IT
- ITIL Foundations Certificate is preferred
- Proven experience working in IT Service Management
- Demonstrated experience in any of the following; Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure Stack, and mobile devices, including iOS and Android
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work as a team player.
