The Opportunity


Are you passionate about delivering high-quality service and improving processes? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the Process Improvement Analyst role at Silverchain RDNS.

As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will work with the Service Design Lead and Service Delivery leadership to co-design and implement effective and efficient processes that support our corporate and clinical staff.

You will also be responsible for documenting, reviewing, and adjusting processes as needed.

You will have expert knowledge of various systems, such as phone systems, digital health information system and knowledge management systems, that are essential for our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance the day to day operations of RDNS, such as process improvement, training and education support, and knowledge management.
  • Ensuring that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and support for change initiatives.
  • Promoting best practice and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Building operational capability and capacity through developing and delivering training packages, documentation, and on the ground support.
  • Providing recommendations and insights to RDNS leadership teams on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness and remove barriers to service delivery.
  • Identifying and utilising data sources to measure and review the impact of process changes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Identifying and managing crossbusiness unit impacts, risks, and issues related to process changes and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
  • Supporting the design and maintenance of a robust knowledge management system that reflects the referral and key business processes and ensures a seamless end to end client journey.
  • Developing training packages for knowledge management systems to ensure high quality customer experience.

About you

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Passion for delivering quality outcomes
  • Experience in service design and business improvement projects, preferably with project management skills
  • Knowledge of quality and/or governance systems, and the ability to design and implement multisystem solutions and user interfaces
  • Change management and business transformation skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced MS Office skills, and the ability to produce clear and concise reports
